Fresimple (Simply Fresh) — Fresh, healthy food for everyone, rooted in tradition and sustainability

Fresimple is an artisanal healthy food project based in Madrid, inspired by traditional Indian cuisine and the Ayurvedic worldview, and reimagined for today’s consumer: people looking for fresh, nutritious, honest products that are easy to incorporate into everyday life.

Our work revolves around a classic Ayurvedic triad — paneer, ghee, and lassi — reinterpreted through modern standards of nutrition, sustainability, and traceability.

* Paneer: a high-protein fresh cheese, made without animal rennet, with a mild flavor and great culinary versatility.
* Ghee: traditional clarified butter, stable for cooking, easy to digest, and rich in flavor.
* Lassi: a probiotic drink inspired by Indian tradition, developed from milk whey and enriched with carefully selected probiotic cultures.

This approach allows us to operate under a circular economy model, recovering and valorizing milk whey — a by-product often discarded despite being rich in soluble proteins, minerals, and bioactive compounds — and reducing food waste at its source.

In addition, we develop healthy sauces and accompaniments that make it easy to prepare complete, balanced, and flavorful meals, without requiring prior knowledge of Indian cooking.

Fresimple was born from a real need: to connect tradition, health, and sustainability through local products of high nutritional quality, made with full transparency.

We are currently in a pilot phase, with HACCP and sanitary registration in progress, validating recipes, formats, and market acceptance through direct sales and proximity channels.

We believe in growing without losing what truly matters: craftsmanship, ingredient clarity, positive impact, and respect for people and the environment.
