Christopher Meyer is the Dean of the College of Science and Mathematics at California State University, Fresno, a position held since 2017. Previously, they served as a Program Director at the National Science Foundation from 2015 to 2017 and as a Professor of Biochemistry at California State University, Fullerton from 1994 to 2017. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry, summa cum laude, from California State University-Chico and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside. They began their academic journey studying Chemistry at Sierra College from 1981 to 1983.
