Cecilia Cai

Cecilia Cai is a skilled finance professional with extensive experience in strategic project management and financial leadership within the Freudenberg Group. Currently serving in the CEO Office, Cecilia manages strategic projects since July 2022. Previously as Global Director Controlling Automotive Filter, Cecilia oversaw financial performance across multiple regions and spearheaded operational planning and profitability improvement actions. Cecilia also held the position of Regional Director Finance & Controlling in China, managing a broad range of financial responsibilities and supporting significant investment and M&A projects. Early career experiences include corporate auditing at Freudenberg Group and auditing at EY. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Liverpool, along with additional qualifications from ACCA and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants.
