Karsten Scholz

Karsten Scholz is a seasoned professional in digital engineering and construction management, currently serving as Senior Manager Digital Engineering & BIM at Freudenberg Group since July 2020, focusing on the implementation of BIM methodologies and digitalizing management processes in Corporate Real Estate. Previously, Karsten held the position of BIM Manager at HOCHTIEF, providing consulting services to public clients on digitization within the construction sector, and worked as Project Manager/BIM Manager at STRABAG, managing international projects. Karsten's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Ganter Group and project management at TKS Bauplanung GmbH, where the focus was on building construction and industrial plant projects in China. Early career roles involved facility management at CKC GmbH and freelance design project management.
