Earlier experience includes serving as Account Director at Molly McCarthy, where skills in communications and event organization were applied to enhance brand visibility through various marketing channels. Molly began their career at Notion PR as an intern, advancing to Senior Account Manager while managing multiple accounts in a boutique lifestyle agency setting. Education was completed at St Michaels Catholic Grammar School.
