Mathilde Chareton is currently the Head of Food, CRM & Communication at Frichti. Mathilde previously worked as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager at Amazon from December 2013 to November 2019. In this role, they managed a 20-vendor portfolio and enriched the services offering in France. Mathilde also streamlined operations through process automation and offshoring to India. Prior to their time at Amazon, Mathilde was a Private Equity Analyst with Perceva from January 2013 to December 2013. There, they reviewed investment opportunities and co-authored an investment memorandum for the acquisition of a leading flower retailer. Mathilde began their career in July 2010 as an assistant CMO for Tag Heuer Japan & South Korea with LVMH Watches & Jewelry. In July 2011, they transitioned to L'Oréal as a Product Manager for Lancôme.
Mathilde Chareton holds a Master of Science from ESSEC Business School, a Certificat d'aptitude professionnelle in Cuisine from Candidature libre, and an MBA Exchange Program from the University of Calgary. Mathilde also holds Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles in Ecoles de commerce (voie scientifique / ECS) from Ipesup.
