Rick Guthrie is a seasoned professional in human resources and consulting with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Professional Recruiter at Friday Services since December 2016, Rick focuses on delivering tailored services to candidates and clients. Prior roles include Principal Consultant at Guthrie & Associates, Inc., where Rick provided strategic consulting in human resource processes, and Group Director of Human Resources at Kearfott Guidance and Navigation, where Rick played a pivotal role in stabilizing the business and enhancing profitability. With a strong background in change management and talent development from positions at International Paper and other organizations, Rick's educational foundation originates from The University of Georgia and Dekalb Community College, where Rick studied Forest Resources Production and Management.
