Fabrizio Carnelli

Fabrizio Carnelli has worked in the financial and accounting industry since 2001. Fabrizio began their career at PwC as a Manager in Global Capital Market/Transaction Services, where they provided technical and strategic support throughout the IPO process on domestic and international markets. Fabrizio also prepared financial analysis in the prospectus and conducted critical analysis of the business plan and the prospectus. Additionally, they were responsible for preparing financial due diligence connected to extraordinary transactions on behalf of clients.

In 2007, Fabrizio Carnelli joined Studio Drago as a Business Consultant. At this Chartered Accountants and Audit firm in Milan, they provided administrative, accounting, and tax advisory services, as well as business evaluations for extraordinary transactions or asset revaluations. Fabrizio also prepared statutory and consolidated financial statements of companies, calculated current and deferred taxes of companies, and prepared cash flow models for companies.

Fabrizio Carnelli has been with FRIEM SPA since 2008, where they currently serve as Chief Financial Officer and Human Resource Director. FRIEM SPA is a group operating in the electromechanical sector for the design and construction of power converters for industrial, energy, recharge for EV and railway applications. As CFO and HR Director, Fabrizio Carnelli is responsible for managing and supervising administrative, financial, and tax aspects of the group companies, as well as the activities for the preparation of the financial statements of the group companies. Fabrizio is also responsible for management and supervision of the activities of management control of the group companies, supporting the Board of Directors of the group companies for the definition of the strategy and in the extraordinary operations, and managing and coordinating the relations with banks and other entities. Additionally, they are responsible for managing and supervising the human resource function, managing and coordinating the temporary employment agencies and recruitment companies, and preparing the function's budget.

Fabrizio Carnelli completed a Consolidated Financial statements: based and advanced course in 2014. In 2001, they received a laurea (degree) in Economy and Commerce from Università Bocconi. Fabrizio also attended INAP in 1999 and completed a High School scientific specialization from Liceo Scientifico in 1992. Additionally, they obtained a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Academy Certificate of Completion from Pexapark in September 2019.
