With 14 years at Google leading various practice areas and an additional 15 years in management, sales, and operations, Doug brings deep expertise in driving growth. As an Independent Board Director for multiple private equity-backed companies, including Sunbelt Modular Inc., United Comfort Group, and Guardian Fire Protection Services, Doug provides strategic oversight and drives value creation initiatives across diverse sectors such as HVAC, plumbing, and digital transformation. Doug holds an MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA with Highest Honors in History from the University of Michigan.
