Jason A. Smith

Jason A. Smith is an experienced executive HR and operations leader specializing in healthcare HR leadership, contact center management, and leadership training and development. They previously served as the Human Resources Director at Banner Health, where they acted as a strategic HR partner for the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, Jason held various HR roles at ServiceMaster, where they managed human resources functions and led significant cost-saving initiatives. Currently, they are pursuing both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at the University of Phoenix and Arizona State University, respectively.
