Maria Abramenko

Maria Abramenko has a diverse work experience in the art industry. Maria started their career as a Gallery Manager at von Hessenbeck Gallery from October 2017 to November 2018. After that, they worked as an Art Curator at ARTBASEAM from November 2018. Maria also served as an Art Editor and Journalist at NASTY Magazine from November 2018 and became the Art Editor in January 2020. Maria then joined Cardi Gallery in March 2020 as a Curator and Art Dealer. In September 2020, they became the Chief Curator at PAW Palermo Art Weekend. Maria's most recent roles include Press Office Coordinator at Frieze since October 2021 and Art Curator at Cadogan Contemporary starting in October 2021. Additionally, they will serve as an Artist Agent & Creative Producer at Pocko from September 2022 to January 2023. Maria also had experience as a Conservator at Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella starting in June 2011.
