Hetty Knauff is an experienced HR advisor with a strong background in advising management and supporting teams in the implementation of HR policies at both operational and tactical levels. Currently serving as Adviseur HR at Frion since June 2019, Hetty has previously held roles such as HRM Adviseur at Triade Vitree and Vitree, where significant contributions to personnel issues and organizational development were made. During earlier tenures, Hetty led HR initiatives and projects during the merger processes of SJF and De Reeve, and developed HR departments at Vitree. With a solid educational foundation, including an HBO degree in P&O from Windesheim, Hetty continues to enhance HR practices in the organizations served.
