Fripp Island is located in beautiful Beaufort, SC and is situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean with three miles of pristine beach. About a mile wide, the island has some 2000 homes consisting of villas, condos, and houses made up primarily of second homeowners with an ever increasing number of full-time residents. 
The Club and Resort run by Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort consists of five pool complexes, a 65 slip marina, golf cart & bike rentals, four dining complexes, and two golf courses rated top fifty in the state with one being designed by Davis Love III. We also manage over 170 unique homes ranging from villas to 5000 sqft homes. In the offseason, we employ about 100 people and double in peak season in the summer months. The Hospitality Team at Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort focuses on ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay. This includes a range of services from coordinating exciting local excursions through 'Fripp Island Excursions', overseeing seamless dining experiences via their houseman, host, and food runner/dishwasher roles, managing the marina operations efficiently, orchestrating memorable events and functions through the Event Coordinator, and supervising vacation rental properties led by the Director of Vacation Rental Property Management. Together, they aim to provide a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests and residents.
