Rabbi Blau teaches Gemara and Navi and is responsible for creating units of integration. He is the author of “Medieval Commentary in the Modern Era: The Enduring Value of Classical Parshanut,” and his articles have been published in periodicals such as Tradition, Ten Daat and the Journal of Halacha and Contemporary Society. He has a BA from Yeshiva University and MA degrees from both the Bernard Revel Graduate School of Jewish Studies and the Azrieli School of Education. He received his semicha from RIETS. Rabbi Blau has also taught in the Maimonides School in Boston, Maayanot and TABC, and is returning home to Frisch, where he previously taught for more than a decade.
