‘Pogini greine’ The Irish for ‘freckles’ literally translates as “little kisses of the sun”
In many cultures freckles are seen as imperfections, blemishes, stains on an otherwise unmarred face. But we absolutely love them - on bellies, on knees, on tiny little cheeks. 

The spirit of frkl. is a two fingered salute to everyone who ever told you you were less than perfect, that some attribute, some physical characteristic was not enough. Not deemed sexy enough, not in line with whatever ideal is being pedalled at any given time. 

You are perfect! 

Your rolls and lines, your marks, blemishes, the experience written on your face and buries in your beautiful body. 

You are unique and one-of-a-kind. And so is Frkl.
