Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Natural Ventures since October 2021 and Frog Capital since July 2021, Sutherland has also held the role of Managing Director at Strategic Resource since February 1995. Previous positions include Principal Consultant at Bath Consultancy Group and Senior Consultant at Organisation Resource. Sutherland holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Bangor University, where studies were completed from 1974 to 1980, and attended Bedales from 1967 to 1972.
