Mark Malartsik has worked in a variety of roles since 1994. Mark began their career as an Assistant Operations Manager at At Your Service Event Staffing, followed by a Corporate Account Executive role at Hertz Rent a Car in 1998. In 2002, they became the CEO and Director of Sales at Play Ball USA, where they developed sales strategies and maintained strong customer relationships. In 2004, they began a role as a Sales Team Leader and Sales and Leasing Consultant at Motor Werks Auto Group and Mercedes Benz of Hoffman Estates. In 2015, they moved into a Sales Training Manager role at Motor Werks Auto Group, where they designed sales training programs and onboarded new hires. In 2017, they joined DealerSocket as an Executive Sales Manager, where they evaluated and studied the position of integrated inventory software solutions in the industry. Mark also joined frogdata in 2017, where they held roles as a Client Success Manager, Implementation Manager, Training Manager, and Customer Success Manager and Implementation Consultant.

Mark Malartsik began their educational career at Notre Dame High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 1989. Mark then attended Illinois Wesleyan University from 1990 to 1992, before transferring to Illinois State University, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations in 1993. In addition to their formal education, Mark also holds a Master Certified Sales Consultant certification from Mercedes-Benz USA.
