We believe the food system is broken, and nowhere is that more visible than in the UK:

•⁠  ⁠We import nearly half our food, leaving us exposed to wars and shipping crises
•⁠  ⁠Four supermarkets decide what 65% of Britain eats
•⁠  ⁠Farmers are going out of business, squeezed by supermarkets and cheap imports
•⁠  ⁠We've lost touch with where our food comes from and what's in season

While the world is racing to put data centres into space, we decided to work on something more from earth: how we feed ourselves.

We're building and testing where we can have the most impact, and looking for the right partners to build with - growers, retailers, technologists, or anyone who sees the same problem and wants to fix it with us.
