Cale Frombach

Cale Frombach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as the Owner of Frombach Consulting since January 2025. Previously, Cale held the position of Manager, Proposals at OSI Maritime Systems and worked as a Proposal Specialist at KalTire, focusing on government clients across Canada. Cale's background includes owning Frombach Communications, where strategic communication support was provided to various organizations in western Canada. Additional roles include Marketing Lead at Select Communications Ltd., Communications Advisor for Parkland County, and Communications Officer for the Town of Blackfalds. Cale also worked as a Communications and Public Affairs Officer for the Government of the Northwest Territories and led communications strategies for the City of Edmonton during a significant organizational transformation.
