Marko Vanhatalo

Marko Vanhatalo has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the tech industry. Marko most recently worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Front AI starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Country Manager for Finland at boost.ai, a conversational AI software company, from January 2022 to January 2023.

From August 2020 to January 2022, Marko worked as a Sales Director - Intelligent Automation at SKALER, a company focused on open source RPA fused with AI know-how. Before that, they held the same role at Siili Solutions from May 2020 to January 2022.

Their career also includes positions such as Director - Sales & Partners at Sisua_Digital, where they focused on delivering Intelligent Automation strategies and solutions, and Head of Intelligent Process Automation Consulting at Korkia, where they led an advisory function focused on automating clients' processes.

Before transitioning into the tech industry, Marko worked at AIG, where they held positions such as EMEA Regional Lead and Managing Director at AIG Global Reinsurance Operations, Operations & Systems Manager at AIG Finland, and Senior Management Consultant at Eera Oy. Marko also worked as a Management Consultant at A&L Management Oy.

Throughout their career, Marko has demonstrated their expertise in sales, automation, and AI, and has played crucial roles in improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and employee satisfaction.

Marko Vanhatalo attended the University of Oulu from 1988 to 1995, earning a Master's degree in Construction Economics. In 1991 to 1992, they also studied at Lakehead University, specializing in Business, Management, and Marketing. In 2008, Marko took a course in Project Management at the International Institute for Learning Inc. (IIL) in Hungary. Marko continued their education with various leadership courses, including Leading Others in 2014 at AchieveGlobal in Denmark, Leading from the Top (Leadership Suite) for Senior Managers in 2013 at MaST in Hungary, and People, Leadership & Change in 2012 at Animated Enterprises. In 2011, they completed a course on Tough Negotiations! for Senior Managers at Animated Enterprises in Finland. More recently, in 2020, Marko Vanhatalo received Sales Training in RPA & Intelligent Automation from UiPath Academy for Partners. Marko also obtained an AI Trainer certification from boost.ai in January 2022.
