Shaun Rushforth currently serves as Executive Director for Front Porch Communities & Services at Villa Gardens, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, since September 2022. Previously, Shaun held several executive director roles in different retirement communities, including The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens with HumanGood and Kingsley Manor with Front Porch, along with experience in Pacifica Senior Living locations. Additional experience includes a lecturer position for an undergraduate course on the Sociology of Aging at California State University-Los Angeles and research assistance at USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California, as well as ongoing MBA studies at West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
