Justin Herder is an Amazon Ads leader with over 8 years of experience in strategic planning and performance marketing, managing over $50M and overseeing $150M in advertising. They began their career as an Amazon Private Label Owner at JH Ventures LLC, where they developed essential skills in manufacturing and sales. Currently, Justin serves as the Director of Performance Marketing at Front Row after holding a Senior Manager position at OeP, where they led a team in executing retail media strategies for more than 200 brands. They are currently studying at the University of Arizona.
