Aaron Ho

Aaron Ho is an accomplished technical recruiter with extensive experience in building engineering teams and training recruiters. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Front since April 2021, Aaron focuses on fostering a values-driven culture within the company. As the Founder of TechRec Academy from June 2017 to December 2020, Aaron developed a practical curriculum to enhance recruiting effectiveness in the tech industry. Previous roles include Training Director for Technical Recruiting at Ejento, where skills were honed in training recruiters to meet demanding hiring goals for notable clients, and Technical Recruiting Lead at RockIT Recruiting, which was acquired by Ejento. Earlier, at Riviera Partners, Aaron managed full-cycle recruiting for software engineers and played a pivotal role in executive recruiting for engineering leaders. With a BS in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and initial sales experience at The Southwestern Company, Aaron has blended both technical knowledge and recruitment expertise to excel in the competitive tech recruiting landscape.
