Gauthier Favier

Gauthier Favier is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Front since January 2022, Gauthier focuses on workflows, automation, and rule engine products. Prior to this role, Gauthier founded Rebold, which was sold, and participated as a Founder Fellow at Startmate. Gauthier spent over two years at Domain, a leading property search website in Australia, as both Senior and Product Designer, directing user research and design for mobile projects. Experience also includes product design roles at Propeller Aero, specializing in B2B SaaS for drone applications, and Oppizi, contributing to SaaS solutions for offline marketing. Early career highlights include a position as Product Designer at Back Market, a pioneer in refurbished electronics marketplaces in Europe. Gauthier holds a Master’s Degree in Product Design from Ecole Boulle and a Bachelor’s Degree from the same institution, complemented by a degree in Strategic Design Leadership from Second Wave Dive.
