Justin Elliott

Justin Elliott is a seasoned data science leader and analytics team builder with a diverse background in media and technology. They have held prominent roles at companies such as Facebook, Salesforce, and NBC San Diego, where they led data strategies, built predictive models, and developed analytics initiatives that have driven significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Currently serving as the Head of Data at Front, Justin also referees NCAA Division I football, showcasing their ability to manage high-pressure situations in both sports and tech environments. They are pursuing an M.B.A. in Sports Business Management at San Diego State University while also holding a B.S. in Management Science from UC San Diego.
