Bruce Emberley

Bruce Emberley, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Inside Sales at Frontdoor, Inc. since June 2022. Prior roles include Regional Sales Director at Zynex Medical and Head of Customer Experience at E-470 Public Highway Authority. Bruce has extensive experience in customer experience strategy and operations from a tenure at Comcast Cable, where a comprehensive quality program was implemented across multiple departments. Previous positions include Business Director at Transcom, Director of Operations Customer Care at Elavon, and Strategic IT Recruiter at the Governor's Office of Information Technology. Bruce's career began in the US Army, where as a Master Trainer, skills in recruitment training and leadership development were honed. Educational accomplishments include an MBA in Strategic Management from Regis University and a B.B.A. in Marketing from Post University.
