Darrin Lay

Darrin Lay is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in corporate recruiting and talent operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Frontdoor, Inc., Darrin effectively balances a strategic partnership role while managing a full requisition load for managerial to vice-presidential positions and leading the corporate recruiting team across multiple brands. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager for both Contact Center Recruiting at Frontdoor, Inc. and ServiceMaster, where Darrin built and directed teams in high-volume recruiting environments. Darrin's career began at Robert Half as Division Director for OFFICETEAM, managing recruitment and sales efforts, and included experience as an Account Manager at Power & Tel. Darrin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Christian Brothers University.
