Eric McCallen

Eric McCallen has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Eric is currently working as Principal Product Manager at Frontdoor, Inc. where they are responsible for managing a suite of products, including an authorization application that processes around $1B in claims annually. Prior to their current role, Eric worked as a Senior Product Manager at the same company, where they collaborated with stakeholders to create an auto-adjudication authorization application and analyzed program data and user experience research to inform strategic decision-making. Before joining Frontdoor, Inc., Eric served as a Program Manager and an Engineering Product Manager. In their previous employment at American Home Shield, they held multiple roles, including Product Manager, Contractor Relations Regional Representative, Training and Development Specialist, and Customer Service Representative. Eric also has military experience, having served in the US Army as a Sergeant, where they mentored soldiers, supervised daily tasks, and provided leadership training. Eric also worked as a Petroleum Supply Specialist during their time in the army. Prior to their military service, Eric worked as a Customer Service Representative at American Home Shield.

Eric McCallen attended Southwest Tennessee Community College from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Eric then proceeded to the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree.
