Fred Spano

Fred Spano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, operations, and logistics across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Integrated Sales at Frontdoor, Inc., Fred has held progressive leadership roles at the company since April 2019, including Senior Director and Director of Inside Sales. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing at ServiceMaster and Strategic Account Manager at Green Mountain Technology. At The Home Depot, Fred managed multiple projects across various functions, focusing on strategic risk assessments and process improvements. Earlier roles include Business Unit Leader at Michelin, Operations Manager at Suburban Propane, and several key logistics and leadership positions within the US Army. Fred holds an MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
