Jacob Watson

Jacob Watson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contractor relations and operational management. Currently serving as Vice President of Contractor Relations at Frontdoor, Inc., since June 2022, Watson has previously held senior roles at JLL Technologies, including Head of Managed Services, as well as Vice President of Operations and Client Experience at JLL Building Services Network. Watson's career began at American Home Shield, where a progression through various roles culminated in the position of Director of Process Improvement. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Commercial Account Manager at ServiceMaster Commercial Solutions and military service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Memphis, a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University, and a specialization in Negotiation and Leadership from Harvard Law School.
