Penny Sun

Penny Sun is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud systems and corporate technology management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Frontdoor, Inc. since October 2018, Penny oversees cloud systems infrastructure, corporate networks, access management, technical helpdesk operations, and end-user device management, while collaborating with software development teams. Prior roles include Manager of Cloud Systems Administration at Frontdoor and Information Technology System Administrator IV at ServiceMaster, where successful migrations of legacy systems to modern platforms were achieved. Penny also held positions at Pinnacle Airlines Corp, Hilton, and Time Warner Cable, providing leadership, support, and system administration expertise throughout a diverse career in IT. Penny holds a Master's degree in Journalism Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The University of Memphis.
