Casey Karafonda

Casey Karafonda has worked in various roles since 2003. At Element K, they were an Instructional Systems Designer from 2003 to 2006. They then moved to BCBSNC where they held the role of Technical Training Development from 2006 to 2007. After that, they moved to Xerox Global Services as a Technical Program Manager from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined FrontEdge Inc. as the Director of Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing operations and acting as lead project manager, manager of the customer support team, and the main point-of-contact for partner engagements, integration projects, sub-contracting projects, and client services/outsourcing delivery. Prior to Element K, Casey worked at Camber Corporation as a Jr. Systems Designer/Analyst from 2004 to 2003.

Casey Karafonda received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication Learning & Design from Ithaca College.
