Thomas Karafonda began their career in 1999 as the President of FrontEdge Inc. In 2000, they joined Element K as a Software Developer. In 2001, they moved to Xerox and held two roles as Software Development Manager. From 2009 to present, they have served as Chief Engineer for Xerox Global Services.
Thomas Karafonda attended Joseph C. Wilson Magnet High School from 1992 to 1996. Thomas then went on to earn a BS in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2002.
