Chuck Stein

Chuck Stein has extensive experience in customer success and software consultancy. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Frontend Masters since May 2014, Chuck has responded to over 50,000 customer inquiries and provided coaching on various programming languages and frameworks. Previously, Chuck was the owner of Gear Multimedia Inc. from June 1997 to May 2014, focusing on creating applications for marketing, training, and education. Additional roles include Technical Trainer at First Tech, Senior Software Engineer at Seward Inc., and Instructional Designer and Developer at Jostens Scholastic Division. Chuck holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota and attended Illinois State University.
