Mark Kaercher

Mark Kaercher has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Mark started their career at Sun Microsystems in 1993 as a Financial Manager, where they improved analysis and reporting of financial results and forecasts for multiple sales units. Mark also implemented an improved annual planning process and managed the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Sun's main division. Mark then moved on to Symantec where they served as a Senior Finance Manager for six years. After that, they worked as a Consultant in FP&A before joining FRONTEO USA as the Director of Financial Planning Analysis. In this role, they produced the first Annual Plan for a subsidiary of a Japanese public corporation after its acquisition of a major privately-held company.

Mark Kaercher has an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Mark also holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
