Jane Tidy

Jane Tidy is an experienced professional in business change and training management, currently serving as the Business Change and Training Manager at Frontera Consulting since December 2016. Prior to this role, Jane held positions including Business Training Manager at Production Resource Group (PRG) since January 2015, managing the training program for the transition to Oracle Fusion Financials. Jane’s previous experience includes serving as EMEA Change Management Lead at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing global finance transformation initiatives, and various training roles across organizations such as Christie's, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Cleveland Police. Jane holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Staffordshire University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
