Frontera Minerals is a privately held investment and development group established in 2011 with a focus on the mining, energy and fertilizers sectors in Brazil.

Operating with a “merchant banking” approach, we combine access to capital to a superior multi-disciplined management team, proven track record and value creation history.

Our businesses focus on three of the principal challenges faced by today´s world society:

(i)	Food Security: where we operated fully verticalized fertlizer assests from mine to production to distribution;
(ii)	Energy Transition & Eletrification: development of strategic and critical minerals projects including copper, lithium, graphite, rare earths and cobalt;
(iii)	Inflation Protection and Reserve Value; development of gold and precious metals projects in Brazil.

Having innovation and R&D as a core value to our group, in 2022 Frontera also launched MVentures Inc., our platform to invest in transformational technologies pertinent to Frontera’s business and mandates.
