It all started from our passion for bread and the endless search for tastes and recipes. We dig in the past for the well-kept secrets of our ancestor bakers and we are constantly looking for new ingredients and recipes.

We begun with two ovens and 10 employees and now we have more than 250 employees. Daily 40,000 loaves come out of our ovens, which are delivered in our stores and to our partners. 

Every type of bread is unique because of the manual production and the way it's made, therefore each one tells a story.
