Melissa Koller

Melissa Koller is currently a Seconded National Expert in the Operations Management Division. They served as a Border Guard Officer in various capacities with Bundespolizei Österreich and Frontex, where their responsibilities included border surveillance, crime investigations, and managing operational activities at EU external maritime borders. Melissa has also held roles as an Official in Charge at Impress Decor Austria GmbH and as a Tutor at Schülerhilfe. They earned a diploma from the Police Academy Austria and have pursued further studies in Criminology and Psychology at Arden University.
