Sandra Smith-Fitzgerald

Sandra Smith-Fitzgerald is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in merchandising and design. Currently serving as SVP Merchandising & Design at FRONTGATE since October 2017, Sandra has previously held key roles including Merchandise Consultant at Lane Bryant and SVP/GMM at J. Jill. Notably, during Sandra's tenure at La Senza, leadership was provided in repositioning the lingerie brand and building a world-class merchant team. As Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Coldwater Creek, Sandra directed all merchandising activities for a multi-channel $1.2 billion brand. Additional experience includes significant roles at EXPRESS, where merchandising strategies were driven for a $750 million women's business, and earlier positions in merchandising and buying. Sandra holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
