Timothy D. Konstanty

Timothy D. Konstanty serves as the Senior Director of Inventory Management & Forecasting at FRONTGATE since August 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and replenishment for key divisions, managing inventory forecasting, and global sourcing. Previously, Timothy held leadership roles at Sears Holdings Corporation from February 2006 to August 2015, first as Director of Inventory Management for Kmart and Sears - Household Goods, providing strategic direction for planning and placement, and earlier as Inventory Manager for Kmart, focusing on supply chain efficiency. Timothy began a career in sales as Vice President at LB Steel from July 2003 to September 2005, leading sales efforts during a challenging turnaround phase. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and graduate coursework in Marketing, Finance, and General Management from the University of Chicago's MBA Program.
