Jim Roche is currently the Vice President of Manufacturing - East and Site Director at Frontgrade Technologies, overseeing operations in Plainview, New York. A transformative manufacturing operations executive, they have managed up to eight facilities across North America, achieving revenues of up to $500 million. Previously, Jim held leadership roles at Excelitas Technologies Corp. and 3M Touch Systems, focusing on strategic operational goals and continuous improvement, underpinned by a deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles. Jim possesses an MBA in General Business with a concentration in Operations and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
