Joel Placito

Joel Placito currently serves as Vice President of Engineering RF Systems at Frontgrade Technologies, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Aethercomm from September 2009 to August 2023, where roles included Chief Engineer for Space & Defense Product Groups and various engineering leadership positions. Joel's earlier career includes mechanical engineering roles at Saab Sensis Corporation, Eaton Crouse-Hinds, and Niagara Thermal Products. Education credentials comprise a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, both obtained from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
