Mitch Stevison

Dr. Mitch Stevison is the President and CEO of Frontgrade Technologies, a high-tech firm specializing in high-reliability electronics for challenging environments. They previously held significant leadership roles at Mercury Systems, including Executive Vice President and President of the Mission Systems Division, overseeing vast portfolios and international operations. Dr. Stevison also served as Vice President at Raytheon Missiles and Defense, managing multi-billion dollar business segments and leading strategic initiatives. With over three decades of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, they have demonstrated expertise across technology development, operations management, and growth strategies. Dr. Stevison earned a Ph.D. in Business from TUI University and is an active member of the National Defense Industrial Association Board of Directors.
