Frontier BioStrategy Partners is an integrated strategic advisory firm for the agricultural biologicals and synthetic biology sectors. We combine regulatory architecture, commercial strategy, and senior scientific product development leadership under a single engagement model, eliminating the fragmentation that slows innovation and erodes enterprise value.

Our principals bring 60+ years of combined executive experience across agrochemicals, crop protection biologicals, and agricultural R&D. We work at the strategic and architectural level: designing EPA and global regulatory pathways aligned with commercialization sequencing, structuring portfolio governance for complex biological product pipelines, and providing fractional C-suite leadership to companies navigating multi-jurisdiction market entry.
We serve early-stage synthetic biology and AI-native agricultural platforms (Seed to Series B), growth-stage biological crop protection and biostimulant companies scaling internationally, and venture capital and private equity firms evaluating agricultural biological assets.

Our core service lines include regulatory-commercial architecture design, strategic expansion and portfolio war-gaming, scientific and product development governance advisory, fractional C-suite engagements, and investor regulatory and development risk audits.

We are not a CRO, a submissions shop, or a general management consultancy. We operate exclusively at the intersection of regulatory strategy, commercial readiness, and development governance; where misalignment costs ag biological companies time, capital, and valuation.
