Andy Hoeppner

Andy Hoeppner has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a diverse background in human resources, labor relations, and sales leadership. Since 2012, Andy has been the Human Resource Director at Frontier, where they oversee various HR functions and collaborate with executives and legal teams. Prior to this role, from 2005 to 2012, Andy served as an HR Manager and Labor Relations Manager at Verizon and Frontier, providing guidance on compliance and managing grievance activities. Andy began their career at GTE, later becoming Verizon, excelling as a Business Sales Manager from 1998 to 2005. Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
