Crosby Smith

Crosby Smith, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Frontier Communications since April 2016. Prior experience includes a position as a Board of Directors Member at the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership from 2016 to 2017, where contributions focused on enhancing the region's economy and workforce. Smith held the role of Vice President and General Manager for the West Region at Black Box Network Services from 2006 to 2015, overseeing a team of over 600 across 24 states and managing a $250 million P&L. Early career highlights include leadership positions at Norstan Communications, including Senior Director of the National Customer Technical Support Center, and starting as a Sales Representative at Centel/WilTel from 1982 to 1991. Smith earned a BS in Marketing from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans, furthered by education at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
