Greg Sitcler serves as the lead IT Systems Engineer for the IT Data Collections team at Frontier Communications since March 2014, managing the collection of over 300 million AMA records monthly. Previously, Greg held the position of NOC Technician, overseeing system monitoring and alarms in a 24x7 operational environment. Prior experience includes roles as a Desktop Support Technician at Atos Origin, providing Tier 3 support for extensive computer and network systems in Fort Wayne and Allen County, and as a Fiber Network Field Technician at Verizon Communications, where responsibilities involved installing and maintaining fiber optic networks and providing customer service. Greg obtained an Associate's Degree in Applied Science from Ivy Tech Community College and an additional Associate's Degree in Computers/Electronics from the same institution.
