Jesse Ross

Jesse Ross is a seasoned Information Technology professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Frontier Communications since May 2012, Jesse has been instrumental in the successful transition of FiOS services to Frontier's application stack within the OSS domain, overseeing architecture, development, data migration, and customer migrations. Prior to this role, Jesse held the position of Sr. Manager, Systems Architect at Frontier, where responsibilities included managing video engineering, provisioning, and supporting the AT&T U-Verse product integration. Jesse's career began at Verizon, where positions included Manager of Information Technology and Supervisor of Network Operations. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Everett Community College.
