John Bykowsky

John Bykowsky is an experienced HR professional with a focus on human capital management and recruitment efficiency. At Frontier Communications, from February 2019 to June 2023, John served as a Sr HR Business Partner, managing the employee lifecycle for a large workforce of unionized Installation and Repair Technicians. John also led initiatives such as the implementation of Eightfold.ai to optimize recruitment processes and oversaw a consulting engagement to evaluate human capital requirements.
